Topo means “Top” in Portuguese, and Topo Chiado is the second Topo project in Lisbon after the success of Topo Martim Moniz. The location couldn’t be better – Topo is located right behind the Carmo church, the beautiful open air museum and Rua Do Carmo, one of the main shopping streets. Topo is an eclectic venue offering everything from brunch, to sundowners, to dinner and drinks. During the summer, you might even be able to watch movies and dance until late. Because of the unusual location, Topo might be a little hard to find, but don’t give up, the view is well worth it.
